What Does The MRI Regarding Neck Pain And Tingling Sensation Behind Ear Indicate?

I had an MRI and the results are, Degenerative changes of the cervical spine mostly at c2-c3 where a prominent facet arthropathy in association with uncovertebral degenerative change results in moderate left neural foraminal stenosis. Moderate neuroforaminal stenosis is also noted on the left at c3-c4. I have pain on the left side of my neck and depending on how I move my head I get tingling sensation behind my left ear and radiates into my skull. I also get numbness in my left hand and tingling in my arm depending on how I hold my head, any suggestions?

2.The degenerative changes are seen as an age related changes or excessive usage ( in a hard working ) where the joints get reduced space and bony changes.
3.Depending on the stage of compression, treat meant varies from simple exercises to neck support and interventions if necessary.
