Hello and Welcome to ‘Ask A Doctor’ service. I have reviewed your query and here is my advice.

Newborns develop jaundice after birth and it is regarded as physiological and will resolve spontaneously. It is also seen in breast fed infants and it is also a harmless condition. Do close monitoring and repeat the tests daily and check whether values falling or rising, if the bilirubin level increasing consult a pediatrician and get evaluated.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.
