What Does Spermatocytes +hpf In Sperm Test Mean?
hi doctor, I am 38 old... man I did spear test two weeks ago and the result was is : volume 2.4 ml color gray ph 8 liquefaction normal spermatocytes +hpf pus cells 2-3 hpf epith cells nil the count is 0, I know it is Azospermia but what spermatocytes + hpf does mean??

Spermatocytes + means immature sperms in semen.
Besides azoospermia your semen analysis report suggests infection.This is indicated by presence of pus cells.
It may be due to prostatitis,UTI etc.
You need antibiotics for infection.
Other investigation like routine hemoram,RBS,Ultrasound of pelvis should be done.Trans rectal sonography of prostate can be done if needed.
You should consult your doctor.
