What Does "actively Motile Sperms-20% And Sperm Count-40 Million" Suggest?
As per my seminal fluid laboritory report,
actively motile are 20%
sluggively motile are 15%
non motile are 65%
abnormal forms are 20%
pus cells are 4-6 hpf
Liquifaction time is more than 60 min
sperm count is 40 millions / ml
ph is alkaline
cells from S tubules are Spermatocytes are 8-10/hpf
pls advise whether it's normal or i should go for treatment

hello user , thanx for contacting HCM for your health related query . your report suggests an abnormal high counts of non motile sperms , as normally atleast 50 % sperms should be motile , also spermcount is borderline with 40 million count / ml , a normal count is usually from 40 million - 300 million . so it is advisable to you to consult a reproductive endocrinologist or an urologist specialising in male infertility as you may be experiencing reproductive problems.
