Hi,

I feel that most probably you may be having tinea corporis. It is also called ringworm infection. It is a fungal infection and may relapse if proper and perfect treatment is not taken for few months. I would recommend you to apply antifungal like bifonazole cream twice a day and to take itracozole cap 100 mg twice a day for 2 to 4 months. Take levocetirizine 5 mg daily to relieve itching. Avoid soap bath. You may use dettol liq for bath. Improve hygiene and immunity to prevent relapse.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Ilyas Patel, Dermatologist
