I have gone through your query. Ultrasound report of your mother suggests that there a tumor inside uterus. This tumor is harmless unless and until it causes any symptoms like bleeding in your mother case. Further treatment depends upon the size of it. There are options of medicines, surgical removal of tumor or uterus.
It will helpful for me to explain the treatment if you send me complete report of ultrasound.
Hope i have answered your query. Regards
