Hello and welcome to HCM,

Presence of inflammatory tissue reaction on both adnexae suggests presence of inflammation/infection in bilateral ovaries and fallopian tubes.
The inflammation could be due to bacterial infection, tubercular infection or infection due to sexually transmitted diseases.
Infection/ inflammation of adnexae is called pelvic inflammatory diseases (PID).
PIDs are commonly associated with accumulation of fluid in the pouch of Douglas (a pouch formed by pelvic peritoneum).
Rest of the pelvic organs- uterus and its cavity are within normal limits.

You need to consult your gynecologist with report for further work up.
First the cause of PID has to be found and then treatment of the particular cause of PID has to be done.

PID can interfere with ovulation and conception.
Inflammation of ovary can interfere with ovulation.
Inflammation of fallopian tubes can interfere with motility of the fertilized ovum.

Early and prompt treatment can help to prevent the complications.

Thanks and take care
