What Does Sample Value Of 1.259 Iu/ml Of Anti-rubella Virus Mean For Pregnancy?

Hi, I am 32 years old and I have a 4 years old child. I recently got my pre-conception check up before we could plan another child. My Rubella reports are as follows:
Anti-Rubella Virus, IgG - Sample Value 307.8 IU/mL

Anti-Rubella Virus, IgM - Sample Value 1.259 IU/mL

What does this mean? How can they affect planning pregnancy? What is the cure if the results are positive? Thanks
