What Does "uterus Is Retroverted With Homogeneous Myometrial Echo Pattern" Mean?

Hi. i just want to know if the uterus is retroverted measuring 6.0 x 4.6 x 4.6 cm with homogeneous myometrial echo pattern. No focal masses seen. The edometrial stipes measures 0.9 cm with intact margins. The cervix is unremarkable. No fluid in the posterior cul-de-sac, is this something that i should be alarmed of or is this just normal.
Thanks.

Good day!
Thank you for asking. There is nothing worrisome except the position of the uterus. Normally the uterus in anteroverted( lying in front on top of bladder) but in your case it is retrovertd( Lying back) such uteruses are not friendly with conceptions and chances for abortions are more. Rest it needs clinical correlation with a gynecologist's opinion and a complete examination.
so get one and take good care
regards
