Hello Thanks for writing to HCM Your report suggests suspicious lesions in the lungs.It may be due to confluent opacities due to infection or pleural effusion. You need Ultrasound of thorax.It can differentiate pleural effusion and infection. It is difficult to determine low grade infection present inside the lesion. t is important to rule out infective etiology.You need clinical correlation. You need further tests like routine hemogram.Further investigations can be done if needed. Proper treatment depend upon findings. Other findings like heart size are within normal limit.
