am a doctor,in Uganda.newly graduated.I have an HIV patient on septrin prophlaxis but ARC naive who has had non-productive cough for 7months.treated it with antibiotics without improvement.chest cray has heterogeneous opacities throught the lung field.what's the diagnosis?

Chest infections are very common with hiv ranging from bacterial pneumonia to opportunistic infections like tuberculosis and pneumocystic car in I pneumonia.
He need to be investigated for all these
