What Does "abnormal Forms-40% And Tail Abnormalities-5%" In Semen Test Suggest?

i made semen test and i have
1- abnormal forms 40%
2- abnormal head forms 25%
3- mid-portion abnormalities 10%
4-tail abnormalities 5%
5-spermatogenic cells 1-3 hpf
red blood cells 1-3 h.p.f.
pus cells 0-2 hpf
and i'm worried about that i wann to know if i'm ok or not

hello user i understand your concerns. this report suggests that 40 % sperms are abnormal , that makes the rest being in normal proportion and that is sufficient so need not much worry about that - however the presence of red blood cells and pus cells possibly indicate about some infection of onternal organs which produce and store sperm - so consulting a physician/urologist and getting yourself treated with antibiotics can be helpful- Rest parameters like semen count , motility and liquefication time are not available in the query to comment upon. hope i answered your query , if satisfied please rate the answer
