Hi there, my gf has a purple looking ring around the butthole and it s got a couple lumps, she said it doesn t itch and it doesn t hurt. It just appeared and she doesn t strain while going to the bathroom and there is no sexual intercourse back there, what causes it amd what is it?

It is possible that it may be a fungal infection rash. This normally has the appearance of a ring with lesions in the midst of the ring.
It can be treated with topical antifungals which may be available over the counter.
Eg ketoconazole, miconazole
It can take two to three weeks for resolution in some cases.
