Hi, I am azmat my wife s pap smear test report is NEGATIVE FOR INTRAEPITHELIAL LESION AND MALIGNANCY.FUNGAL ORGANISMS MORPHOLOGICALLY CONSISTENT WITH CANDIDA SPECIES ARE PRESENT. what treatment and food she needs and her age is 36, weight is 62 kg, height 5 .1 inch.

presence of fungus means that the patient is suffering from fungal infection of the genital system. candida albicans is one of the most common organism infecting the female genital tract.
the patient needs to be treated with antifungal medication like miconazole or ketoconazole. these are available as pessaries and as single use vaginal creams. hygiene is very important after treatment as there are high changes of reinfections.
