Hi,

Normal colonoscopy shows no Crohns as well as does not show anything else like stricture or cancer as per your mention.
Hence the constipation can be the reason for pain in right side of abdomen due to fecal impaction or colitis.
Pain at other parts of the body as you have mentioned can be most probably due to fibromyalgia if of long standing. Please get checked by your Doctor so that an appropriate cause can be found, investigations if necessary conducted so that you can have an appropriate management.
Loss of appetite can be due to the same disease process.
Also insist or request for investigations of blood, stool, urine and other tests to watch for any disease.
If all the relevant investigations are normal then the pain on right side of abdomen can be due to a condition called IBS that is irritable bowel syndrome.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. T Chandrakant,
General Surgeon
