What Does Pain From The Shoulders To The Right Arm Indicate?

ive been having neck pain radiating into my shoulders, some numbing running down my right arm. ive also had bout with vertigo in the last 4to5 months about 3to4 times it usually last a day or two. now im seeing black spots in my left eye and in evening i get light flashes. bad head ache most of the day pressure on my temples and feel like someone hit me in the forehead

Thanks for the query. I understand your concern.
- The neck pain radiating down right shoulder to arm with numbness.. seems to be neurogenic pain due to pressure on nerve supplying the part at cervical spinal level ( disc / spine problem ) / pressure or probable cervical spine on right side at neck region.
- Your vertigo, black spot in left eye / flashes of light in vision along with bad head ache.. suggest problem in vision / eye pressure .
Though both the complaints are not related, you should get examined by experts( opthalmologist/ orthopedic surgeon ) to get exact causes followed by specific treatment.
