What Does Normospermia Mean In The Following Report?
Hi Sir, My Semen Analysis Shows: Volume:1ml, Liquification Time:15mins, Colour:Grayish White, Viscosity:Viscoid Opaque, Reaction:Alkaline,Total Sperm Count:25.8 millions/ml, Motility: Active - 65%, Sluggish-15%, Non Mottle-20% Morphology: Normal Forms-75%, Abnormal Forms-25% Pus Cells-4-6 Epithelial Cells - Nil Impression : Normospermia Kindly guide me..we are planning for a baby..!

Your semen analysis report is normal considering count, motility and Morphology. So don't worry about your semen analysis.
It's advisable to try intercourse around ovulation time that is between 10-18 days of the menstruation cycle.
If cannot conceive after one year of attempts than your partner's laparoscopy, TSH, CBC, prolactin estimation, USG etc investigations needed.
