Hi,
Based on the history you have shared, the report shows mild
urinary tract infections well as the possibility of renal calculus which is causing pressure effects or sloughing over the surface due to edges and causing blood cells in the cell.
An ultrasound KUB should be repeated to look for its latest location and whether it has caused any swelling or
hydronephrosis on the Kidney. Also, signs of
pyelonephritis should be looked for on ultrasound.
Also, the possibility of retained products of contraception after an abortion should be ruled out on ultrasound pelvis.
You may need antibiotics like
ciprofloxacin alongwith antispasmodic like drotavarine as well as OTC analgesics like
acetaminophen or Ibuprofen for symptomatic relief.
Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.
Take care
