What Does My Ultrasound Scan Test Result Indicate?

Hi,I m 27 and married for 1 1/2 yrs and tis is my first pregnancy where am pregnant for 8 weeks with an empty sac of 9mm with no foetal pole or yolk sac visible .. My hcg level as per tis week seems to 5781.. My last period date vz April 25.. Is tis a sign of blighted ovum ?? Pls advise
