What Does My Thyroid Test Report Indicate?

Sir I have done thyroid test 2 days back. the test results are
Total T3 [Serum / CLIA] = 1.13 ng / ml
Total T4 [Serum / CLIA] = 136.6 nmol / L
TSH [ Serum / CLIA] = 1.32 ulU / ml

Do have any disorder in Thyroid levels? Do i have to take any medical checkups?

Your report suggests normal thyroid status.Further investigation depend upon clinical findings.
Level of T3 & T4 hormone in blood is normal.
TSH level is also within normal limit.
