Hello and welcome to HCM,
The eye examination results show presence of a thin retinal membrane in front of macular region of left eye.
Macula is the region responsible for vision and when it is covered by a membrane, the vision is blocked.
Surgical removal of the membrane is the only way to get a clear field.
I suggest you to consult a retina specialist for removal of the membrane.

Thanks and take care
