General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello,

Urine culture results should be interpreted based on your symptoms and why you did the test. It is obvious you have a presence of E.coli in the urine, which is one of the most common bacteria in urinary infections. If you do not have any symptoms and are not pregnant you do not need any treatment.
If you have urinary symptoms (frequency, burning or pain with urination, low abdominal pain or back pain, fever, etc) or if you are a pregnant woman, then antibiotics are needed.
Ciprofloxacin seems to be effective in your case and can be used if you are not pregnant. If you are pregnant, other antibiotics should be used (more detailed information on the antibiotic sensitivity and resistance is needed in this case).

I hope this answers your query.
I remain at your disposal for further medical assistance.

Regards,
