What Does My Alkaline Phosphatase Level Of 137 Signify?
I just finished my last herceptin treatment today. My alk phosphatase level was 137. Should I be concerned. I have had breast cancer twice with a double mastectomy this time around. The first time in 2011 triple negative and then in 2015 her/2 neu positive.

Herceptin increases the level of liver enzymes,its a very common side effect of the drug,As you have finished your treatment today liver enzymes will return to normal with in few weeks.So unl;ess symptomatic no need to worry.
However a potent liver tonic like sylimarin can be taken for few weeks to rejenuvate liver.
