What Does Loss Of Normal Lordosis In X Ray Mean?

Hi, i am a 32 year old female (Weight: 48kg. Height: 5'2" ). I've been experiencing pain in my neck and upper back. Recently got an x-ray done and it stated 'loss of normal lordosis is seen and this could be due to muscle spasm'. What does 'loss of normal lordosis mean', what are the causes and effects, and how can it be treated?
