Hi dr I went to do ultrasound for ovary and the conclusion was the endometrium is thickened and there are two small cystic within it in post menopausal female this raises the suspicion of cystic hyperplasia the myometrium is heterogeneous and there is a single visible fibroid posteriorly the right ovary appears with normal limits the previously described septated follicular cyst in the right ovary has resolved the left ovary is now enlarged with two adjacent large simple cysts there were not present on the previous ultrasound what the conclusion mean ?
