Hi Doctor, I m not married but I have cysts. I m 24 year old My doctor gave Ovral L tablet for chocolate cysts..I have cysts in both sides. Right ovary shows a 3.7×2.5 and left ovary shows 2.9×1.8....please confirm is it good tablet for my cysts. .is there any diet plan which I need to follow. ..

Ovarian cyst are very common and it found usually incidentally...

Ovarian cyst can be resolved without any medication... It needs regular follow up

For ovarian cyst Hormonal pill containing estrogen and progesterone is prescribed

So you have been prescribed correct drug

After one month repeat USG scan... It will be resolved mostly with this medication
