What Does It Mean To Have White Matter Lesions, A Brain Cyst, Neuropathy And Facial Numbness Together?

I have white matter lesions, a brain cyst, neuropathy, bladder control issues (now have a sling doesn t help) and facial numbness including changes in my visions. I have been under a neurologists care for a year now. I failed the balance tests they gave me. I became concerned when a year ago the left side of my face went completely numb and I started having constant head noise (still do never left). When they did a CT scan they noticed I had a cyst. Then when I had my MRI I found out I also have lesions. Most of the facial sensations came back except a small area. Then a few months ago the right side of my face went numb and now I have vision issues in my right eye with numbness and twitching but saw an ophthalmologist and my eyes were ago so they are thinking droopy lid. I was tested for MS via a spinal tap but that came back normal. I also have tingling on my tongue. Is it possible it is MS even though the spinal tap didn t show it? I am getting so frustrated. New symptoms all the time. I am 52 and thought MS usually came earlier in life although I have always had leg pain and balance problems. No one ever said the word stroke or seizures. Thanks
