What Does It Mean By Increase Thick Bronchio-vascular Marking Present In Both Lungs In An X-ray Report?

My Mom's Chest X-Ray Report Reads as follows:-
Increase thick bronchio-vascular marking present in both lungs.
The hila and mediastinal shadow appears normal.
Both costophrenic angles are normal.
Domes of diaphragm and bony cage appear normal
IMPRESSION:-
Infection. Bronchitic Changes present in both lungs.
Clinical correlation advice.
I wud like to know whether the X-ray of my Mom appears to be dangerous??

Thanks for writing to HCM

Your mother report suggests increased bronchovascular markings in both lung fields
It may be due to infection,inflammation,aging etc.
It is important to rule out infective etiology.She need clinical correlation.
She need further tests like routine hemogram.Further investigations can be done if needed.

Empirically broad spectrum antibiotics should be given.Brochodilators can be given after evaluation.
Proper treatment depend upon findings.

Other findings are within normal limit.
