What Does Intermittent Flash On Eye With Spider-web Signify?

Yes, I started experiencing intermittent flashes of yellowish-white light around the periphery of my left eye yesterday. I have also seen some floaters which look like thin spider-webs on the left side of my left eye since the flashes began happening.

With the complain , the fundus examination is to be done to exclude retinal detachment or tear. Diabetis is to be excluded,any other test is to be decided by ophthalmologist.Abide by the advise of doctor.
