Hi Doctor About 3 months ago when I woke up I felt that everything around me was turning. I managed to walk to my kitchen from the bed still unsteady and was able to sit. Felt nausia and vomitish. How ever after a cup of tea I seemed fine. Then forgot about all. Since then I caught the cold flu after about a month or so had pain in my back and could not even bend. How ever it went away and all was fine after about 2 weeks with just home remedies such as ginger garlic and paracitamol. Now my one ear feels some fullness and also gives a sound when I cut carrots or beat eggs ..same noise is heard at the same time in my left ear. This kind of feeling has been there for about a year now but only once in a blue moon. As now I am retired and working more at home in the kitchen with noises I have been noticing this noise with out side noise frequently. How ever it was mild. So I went to the Dr. ENT 2 weeks ago and he gave me a high dose of vitamin B1 B6 and B 12 respectively 250 mg, 250 mg. and 1 mg. 30 tablets And also trimetazidin dihodroklorur. 35 mg. 60 tablets. After taking vitamin B for about 10 days I felt something was not right so I stopped it and continued withthe trimetazidin. Now its almost 2 weeks since I started the medicine and now I feel my problem left eat with some fullness and also feel that my right ear is also going to get the same feeling. Dr. Asked me to come after 1 month. The sound that I heard still exist when I cut something hard or when a spoon and a plate make a loud noise. But it seems only when the sound is loud that I hear this. But what is worrying me is this full nesswhich is giving me a bit discomfort. I am 58 years old. Should I see my Dr. Again soon or wait till a month complete. Its 2 weeks since I saw him. Kindly advice me Dr. Your response would be greatly appreciated. Thank you and God bless you.
