What Does Following Ultra Sound Report Indicate?

Sir: My age is 39 years. On November 17, 2010 is had undergone Health Check-up at a reputed diagnostics center and found (incl. BP, Sugar) all the reports are normal except in Ultra Sound. The findings are reproduced below: KIDNEYS: Normal in sige, with smooth contours. Parenchymal texture or right kidney is normal. Cortico medullary differentiation of right kidney is well maintained. Increased cortical echoes in left kidney. CMD of left kidney is maintained but poor. No calyectases/calculi. Right Kidney measures 9.5x4.0 cms. Left Kidney measures 9.4x3.6 cms IMPRESSION: Grade II renal parenchymal changes - Left Kidney. Sir, Can I know your comments on the above as well as on the following: a) the above dicease can be cured? if not, how long I can live with other kidney. b) how to save/protect my other kidney. c) I have two children aged about 2y and 11y and I have to live to give life to them.
