Your USG report is absolutely normal. Uterus is normal in size and echotexture. Endometrium is also normal. Its thickness varies with the stage of menstrual cycle. 9 mm endometrial thickness is normal. Both ovaries are also normal in size. Follicular cysts are normally found in ovary. POD(cul de sac )is also normal.
