What Does Compression D11/D12 After Fall Indicate?

Hi... My wife slipped through stairs last year in Sept. She had back pain but got relief after some medicines and mssage. now after one year.. she is again suffering from severe pain... She has gone through X-Ray and there is an impression of Compression D11/D12..
What does it mean?/ is it a severe problem, what is the treatment. She gave birth to a baby in july 2012 through segearian and feeding him regularly..
please guide us ..

An MRI of your wife's spinal ( thoracic ) column is necessary to get a correct diagnosis of the condition.

In such cases, spinal stability is crucial and this is evaluated better with the MRI.

An evaluation by a Neurosurgeon or spine specialist is necessary also to complete the diagnostic process and to evaluate the appropriate treatment possibilities.
