You must consult a oncology surgeon and get a CT guided FNAC or biopsy done at the earliest. This will confirm the cell diagnosis and then your doctor will be able to start a treatment for you. All the conditions mentioned in your report require long term treatment over weeks to months and it is best that you get evaluated at the earliest.
