Orthopaedic Surgeon 's  Response
Hi,

Calcified opacity in upper lobe is most commonly due to tuberculosis. Get your CT scan done to confirm the diagnosis. Do you have cough? Rise in temperature in the evening or weight loss?

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Jaideep Gaver, Orthopedic Surgeon
