What Does Burning Abdominal Pain Post Intercourse Suggest?

Hi doctor,I had unprotected sex with my wife 4 days before and just after she takes one tablet unwanted 72 and she s having abdominal pain with burning sometimes since last 3 days plz tell is it normal or serious and it remains what duration and tell the treatment please as soon as possible. And is there any chances of pregnancy.
