I recently went to the er, I was short of breathe and my heart rate was 120 Im a 26 year women who smokes. I wanted to be seen but it was some many people I left but I recieved a copy but not a final copy of th ECG and its say abnormal. What does probable anteroseptal MI mean

Antero septal MI,probably indicates irreversible death of myocardial tissue in the region of the septal wall separating the two right and left ventricular chambers of heart.
This is due to reduced blood supply of the heart.
Coronary angiography and Perfusion studies help to locate the site vascular obstruction.
An 2D-echocardiogram helps to document residual heart function post MI.
Percutaneous angioplasty can help to relieve and repair the block.
