What Does A Weakly Reactive VDRL Test Mean?

Hi I checked my VDRL in 2012 when I was pregnant and it was negative. I checked again last week 24/4/2014 and was noted to be weakly reactive. Both my husband and I do no have multiple sexual partner. Does that mean that I have syphilis? Should I get treatment? Could it be false positive?

Pregnancy itself is a cause of the false positive VDRL.
Do repeat the test and if titre uprising indicate infection.
More than 1:4 titre never false
If titre more need to take anti syphilis therapy. Both partner.
