I am 46, 145 lbs, very active female. I have knot right under the curved part of the right jawbone. It is tender to the touch. It is not mobile. I have had my tonsils taken out and uvula removed. I do have 2 bulging discs in neck as well. Trying to figure out the hard lump???

Hi Welcome to HEALTHCARE MAGIC..

I have gone through your query and can understand your concern.
These are submandibular lymph nodes situated below the angle of lower jaw.
Submandibular lymph nodes can become enlarged, tender or palpable in a number of conditions such as infections of head, neck, sinuses, ears, eyes, scalp, pharynx. Less common cause is cancer.

Visit a ENT specialist, if problem persist
Don't worry you would be fine.
