i had a check up today with my gp he found a red patch on my cervix an said my cervix was slightly open i know the name for it began with a v but cant remember what it was and didnt really understand what he was saying do u know what it is as im now terrified
1. You should see a Gyane & OB doctor for this problem as it could be simple bacterial vaginosis to cervical erosion or cancer of cevix.
2. Your gynae doctor will do a blood/urine test and pelvic examination to arrive at a diagnosis since cancer of cervix, if detected early is completely curable [she might ask for Pap smear test]
3. In the mean time: 1. Yoni Prakshalan :(Vaginal cleansing) with “panchvalkal” or “trifla” or “nimba” Kwatha (decoction). 2. Use of either Jatyadi/Bala/Chandan oil as (Pichu)Tampon.
