OBGYN, Maternal and Fetal Medicine 's  Response
Hi dear, I have gone through your question and understand your concerns. Delayed periods, thickened endometrium and increased beta hCG is suggestive of pregnancy. If no gestation sac is found in the uterus, then ectopic pregnancy should be ruled out by doing a transvaginal ultrasound.
If ectopic pregnancy is ruled out, then you should get a repeat ultrasound after 2 weeks to assess the growth of pregnancy.
Hope you found the answer helpful.
Wishing you good health.
