So better to repeat the test after one week or go for blood test for pregnancy now. Take treatment for fever. High rise in temperature can lead to miscarriage sometimes. So better to be careful and take treatment early. Start taking folic acid prophylaxis. Take nutritious diet, maintain adequate hydration. Once pregnancy test gives positive results, go for ultrasound once to see the presence of gestational sac and to estimate the gestational age. Take care.
