What Do You Mean By Orthosympathetic Phenochromocytoma?

I have orthosympathetic phenochromocytoma. I understand the disease more or less, but what does orthosympathetic mean? Also, I don't want to lose the drive and ability to deal in stressful situations quickly and efficiently, so I won't be undergoing surgery. Does the body adapt to a lifetime of increased norepinephrine/blood pressure? I'm very athletic and I assume used to it. What are the health risks for me of refusal to remove the tumor?

HI
Thank for asking to HCM
Orthosympathetic. it is part of nervous system mainly concern with autonomic system, the system which deals with the functions of heart, lungs intestinal movements etc. here ortho can be taken for controlling the blood pressure and hear rate, yes human body adapt the secondary or acquires changes of body, if you do not remove the tumour then it may cause autonomic functions of the body deficit, unless natural remission cease this, have nice day.
