Hello. This is Dr. Praveen and I will be answering your question today.
This report shows that she has medical renal disease which means that the hypertension has caused chronic kidney disease. Its one of the complications of hypertension especially when it has not been under control. You need to control her BP well from now on. Also check her blood sugar, fasting lipid profile, serum creatinine, urine routine exam to look for albuminuria. Get a ECG and do a eye checkup also. It would have been good to know since when she has been hypertensive and if she is on any other medications (allopathic or alternative). Wishing her good health. Please feel free to drop in any more queries if need be. Warm regards, Dr Praveen Jeyapathy (www.diabetesintoto.wordpress.com)
