What Do These Blood And Ultrasound Reports Indicate?

Hello, Greetings! My wife age 45 years. Recently consulted a Gyn Doctors. She has asked to get Radiology and Blood Examination. After examinnations, the reports reveal the following results: Blood Sugar: 79.0 HB 10.5 FT4 : 0.98 TSH : 9.6 and Endometrium measures: 20mm Uterus is bulky, nomal in echotexture. Few nabothian cyst seen. We have a family of 4 children. The youngest is twin sons age 12 years. Pls. advice, if there is any serious health issue....

_low HB
_TSH high
_endometrial thickness more

Your further investigation needed as follow.
_PS examination
_serum ferritin
_T4 estimation
_D&C(if needed only)

According to these report further management will be planned

For hypothyroidism, levothyroxine will be given if T4 low

If your endometrial thickness high as per mentioned than Hormonal pill prescribed
