Hello and Welcome to ‘Ask A Doctor’ service.
I have reviewed your query and here is my advice.

Kindly provide your FNAC report to give comment on that. Kindly mention the site of tuberculosis, whether foci in lung or lymph node. If needed, gene expert study and culture can be done to confirm the diagnosis. To reduce skin swelling caused by Mantoux test, anti-inflammatory medication can be prescribed.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Parth Goswami
