Hello
Thanks for writing to HCM

Fibrocalcific densities densities in both upper lobes of lung fields are due to sequel of infection.Infection naturally heals by calcification and fibrosis. This condition doesn't generally require any treatment unless it compromises pulmonary functions.
Findings are not serious at all.

Pulmonary vessels marking are normal.
Heart size is normal with age related calcified aorta.
Diaphragm and bony thorax are also normal.

Hope I have answered your question.
Take Care
