What Do The Following Ultrasound Reports Indicate?

ymy last period came on 29 agust ..then next should b come on 29sep ...but they did not came... I cheked on 3rd oct my urine with urine stick it was negative ...then on 6 oct bleeding statred and thougt they are periods and this bleeding continued mote than 7 seven days I came to doc she checked my urine and the result was postive she said me to take rest...and cum on next week forchek up...then I was not satisfied I came to next doc he did my ultrasound and cheked my urine now urine was week postve ...she said u have miss carriage and take S. T. mom ...now what I should do

Hello dear.
Understand your concerns.
first your urine test negative because of early testing,
Pregnancy confirm by urine test only 8-10 days after the dealyed period.
Bleeding for 7 days is due to miscarrige as you got positive pregnancy test.
USG accurate to detect the preegnancy.
If no gestational sac in the USG then it suggest miscarriage.
So according to USG you have miscarriage.
So Take st mom as it caontin the misoprostol and alear the ramining product in the uterus and reduce the bleeding and cahnce of the infection.
Maintain propr pelvic hygiene, take rest, eat healthy diet and drink plenty of water
