What Do The Following Abdominal Ultrasound Reports Indicate?

Hello doctor, Last week i undergone through a whole abdomen ultra sound and it says grade 1 fatty liver. I went to a doctor and he did further test And my rating are SGPT- 76.4 SGOT 33.50 Hb- 11.7 I was also having persistent itching from last 1 month. My doctor gave me following medicine Levosiz-m Udimarin fort And leveril fort Liv 52 ds I took these medicine for 20 days everything is good now... But my itching is not going. So my doctor gave me Tab ebast I am not sure am i going to right treatment. FYI- i am non alcoholic and vegetarian. Please someone help me through this itching problem.

Hello,

Continue Liv 52 or Liveril Forte, Ursodecholic acid. Avoid fatty foods, decrease sugary diets.

You may take tab Ebast for itching. Also, go for lab tests as serum alkaline phosphatase. It is a good thing that there is no biliary disease or CBD stone. You should get relief in a week.

If no relief, then go for tests as thyroid, lipid profile and advanced tests as CT abdomen.
