What Do The Breast Ultrasound Results Show?

hello, i am 28 years old and feeling pain and burning sensation in both my breast and had ultrasound 3 days back the report are as follow: Scanning scheme used: longitudinal,transverse, radial & orthogonal ante-radial scan obtained using high frequency probes. Both the breast display decrease parenchymal echogenicity with multiple hypoechoic areas within. Both the axillae do not reveal any significant lymphadenopathy. Impression: Bilateral Fibroadenosis. Thanks for writing to us

According to report,you are suffering from bilateral fibroadenosis.
It is a common non-cancerous breast condition.
Mostly fibroadenosis are due to monthly hormonal changes and it is not concerning.
In most cases,treatment is not needed for fibroadenosis and patient only require follow up.
Since you have pain,you can take NSAIDs.You should reduce intake of caffeine found in coffee,tea and chocolate.
Oral contraceptives may be prescribed if patient have severe symptoms.
